1.1 Custom Design

All websites created by Reverend Studios, LLC are custom-designed. We do not use pre-made templates unless explicitly requested by the client. Designs, layouts, animations, and interactive elements are tailored to your brand and business goals.

1.2 Project Timeline

Timelines vary based on project complexity, revisions, and client responsiveness. Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may extend the timeline.

1.3 Ownership

Websites built under a Monthly Payment Plan remain the property of Reverend Studios, LLC until the full balance is paid. Once paid off, ownership of the website files and domain transfers to the client.

If the client cancels their Monthly Payment Plan early, they must pay the remaining balance in full to obtain ownership of the website files and domain.

2.1 Hosting Requirements

Websites built under the Monthly Payment Plan must be hosted by Reverend Studios, LLC to qualify for the 90‑Day Dual Growth Strategy Guarantee. Self-hosting voids the guarantee.

If the client chooses to self-host, Reverend Studios, LLC cannot guarantee website performance, uptime, SEO growth, or stability.

2.2 Google Business Profile (GBP)

The Dual Growth Strategy requires full access to the client’s Google Business Profile. If access is removed or restricted, Reverend Studios, LLC cannot guarantee SEO growth, ranking improvements, or lead generation.

If the client manages their own GBP or revokes access, all growth guarantees are void.

3.1 Overview of Performance Growth Plans

Performance Growth Plans are our hosting & maintenance packages designed to support ongoing website performance, SEO visibility, GBP optimization, and content updates. These plans are optional unless required by the Monthly Payment Plan or the Dual Growth Strategy Guarantee.

3.2 Starter Growth — $50/mo

• Minor content changes each month
• Search Console monitoring & monthly reports
• GBP advisement and link integration

This plan provides essential upkeep but does not include SEO optimization, major content updates, or GBP optimization. It is not covered by our 90-day Dual Growth Strategy Guarantee.

3.3 Mid‑Tier — $150/mo

• Moderate content changes each month
• Search Console monitoring & detailed reports
• SEO Keyword performance monitoring (no SEO changes)
• GBP optimization
• Social media advisement

This plan is ideal for businesses seeking stronger visibility without full-scale SEO management.

3.4 High‑Tier — $300/mo

• Major content update each month
• Search Console monitoring & advanced reporting
• SEO performance monitoring
• GBP optimization, monitoring, and updates
• GBP review monitoring & replying
• GBP post creation & updates
• Social media advisement

This plan provides the highest level of growth support and is recommended for clients participating in the Dual Growth Strategy.

4.1 Requirements

• Website must be hosted by Reverend Studios, LLC
• Client must grant full GBP access
• Client must maintain an active Performance Growth Plan Higher than Starter Growth
• Client must not alter hosting, DNS, or website files
• Client must follow recommended posting & content schedule

Failure to meet these requirements voids the 90‑Day Dual Growth Strategy Guarantee.

5.1 Payment Structure

Monthly Payment Plans allow clients to pay for their website over time. Performace Plans are included during the payment period.

5.2 Ownership Transfer

Ownership of the website files and domain transfers only after the full balance is paid. Until then, the website remains the property of Reverend Studios, LLC.

5.3 Early Cancellation

If the client cancels their Monthly Payment Plan early, they must pay the remaining balance in full to obtain ownership of the website files and domain.
